What this covers

This policy covers the 321done.ai website run by 321DONE in Connecticut, USA. Each product keeps its own policy: the LIFT321 app at lift321.com/privacy, GLP321 at glp321.com, and WAT321 on its marketplace listing.

Emails you give us

The LIFT321 beta form collects your email address and whether you use Android or iPhone. We use them to send your beta invite and a short welcome note. The newsletter form collects your email address to send occasional news when something ships.

Both lists are stored with our email provider, EmailOctopus. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted entirely, write to support@321done.ai.

What we never do

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.

Services your browser talks to

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the WAT321 install count loads from Open VSX, so those services see your IP address when the page loads.

Mail sent to support@321done.ai is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing.

Age

The LIFT321 beta is for adults 18 and older. This site is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices and questions

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Write to support@321done.ai and we will answer within a few days.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
